Delete Your Account and Data

CareerDec users can request deletion of their account and the personal data associated with it, whether they use the CareerDec website or the CareerDec mobile app.

How to request deletion

1. Click the button below, or email [email protected] from the email address registered with your account.
2. Include your registered email address or mobile number and your full name so we can verify the account.
3. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What will be deleted

• Your account and profile details (name, email address, mobile number, profile photo).
• Your saved preferences, job alerts and push notification device tokens.
• Any other personal data linked to your account.

What may be retained

• Content you published publicly (for example comments or posts) may be anonymised instead of removed.
• Records we are required to keep under applicable law, retained only for the legally required period.
